People asked for the mk 22 to be dropped to 6.3 last BR change. This update we get mk24 increase instead. Its crazy work.

Reasoning:
The kfir C10 is arguably one of the strongest 13.0 planes with its kit of 4 Derbys and an *AESA radar. Combined with its top speed and acceleration allows it to be basically untouchable at altitude.
No Plane or Missile in the 12.0-13.0 lobby can catch a C10 at altitude, while the C10 can maintain very good situational awareness with its good radar and dictate every fight it gets into.
This creates a situation where planes are at the mercy of the C10 and its Derby’s allowing it to push very aggressively at altitude, rain derby’s and escape to the Airfield just to do it over again.
This superiority isnt exclusive to high alt missile spamming. With its HMD + Derby’s, the Kfir C10 can be very aggressive on the deck, utilizing techniques like vertical notching to quickly get in and out of the notch which the Derby capitalizes from with its high maneuverability and acceleration.
No plane at 13.0 has the capability to rule the skies like the kfir C10 does.
I believe at 13.3 it will finally see planes that have the armament to deal with the C10
