Rationale:
The M24 is a very strong vehicle at its current BR since it has the same firepower as medium tanks while still having the mobility and scouting capabilities of a light tank. The stabilized 75 mm is simply too effective in downtiers, and lets it trade pretty evenly with many medium and heavy tanks of similar BR when it needs to.
It’s already very common practice to bring the M24 into higher BR line-ups, so a reload buff and the addition of APCR should be all it needs to sit comfortably at 4.0.
The addition of dual driver controls is a completely historical feature, present on most US tanks from the M5 Stuart to M46 Patton. This would enable the M24 to keep moving at full speed so long as one of the two hull crewmen survives a shot. I’d argue there should be a slightly delay similar to commander override, but either way, it’s still a nice boost to survivability that further justifies a higher BR.
Honestly its pretty much equal with the EF Aesa imo, it has more missiles, better missiles, but its slightly slower with a slightly worse radar. I like them both and they both do equally fine at 14.7
Some really excellent changes for helicopters, however I think that the AH-1E-F- and -S as well as the Tzefa D/E should receive stock ATGMs. These vehicles still have a horrendous stock grind in GRB, but especially Heli PVE where your teamates can FnF at ground targets from 2-4 times the range of your atgms whilst you have 28 stock FFARs that aren’t effective outside of the minimum range of all SPAAG types.
Decompression of Br. 3.3 Realistic Ground.
All of the Pz IV Ausf.F2, G, M4A1, T-34 and other major improved tanks should move up to improve the uptier performance of the 2.3 tanks, which currently just not perform in an uptier like other Brs, simply because there is such a strong armor and firepower improvement from 2.3 to 3.3, even 3.0 to 3.3, because while the majority of armarments at 2.3 is low to high velocity 37-50mm guns, with flat 50mm armor, at 3.3 its medium to high velocity 75mm guns with angled 45-52mm armor.
All abrams variants, leopard variants, leclerc, etc.
No BR change, complete removal of the oversized turret basket
Most notably on the abrams the feature makes them unplayable and less survivable than most light tanks, with even a poorly placed shot completely crippling the tank
“But the autoloader is the russian equivalent!”
Shoot a russian autoloader and the tank can still return fire and then repair after defending itself
Shoot an abrams turret drive and its on fire, unable to move the turret, drivers knocked out so you cant even run away. You turn into an 80 ton paperweight.
“But theres no reward for shooting the abrams weakspot!”
The LFP never was or is a weakspot on the abrams, the LFP is actually the single most well armored part of the abrams hull, you should be punished for shooting there.
I would love FM buffs, I don’t make the FM argument though as I’m not enough of an expert in this subject to talk about a vehicle’s FM performance in-game vs IRL
Biggest joke of the yeat goes to… F/A-18A is 12.3 with more countermeasures, radar, missiles and a better gun. Why would S4 needs to go 12.7 too? I bet S5 is one of the worst performing 12.7s in the game right now and hence why they are lowering it to 12.3…
The Ki-83 is in a weird spot right now. It has a legendary climb rate, but those engines run like literal suns and overheat so fast that you spend half the match fighting your own temperature gauge instead of the enemy. While you can get high up easily, the firepower just isn’t what it used to be. The RealShatter mechanic has basically nerfed the 30mm and 20mm cannons, meaning shots that should be an instant kill often just result in “sparks” or minor damage.
At 6.0, you’re constantly getting pulled into matches against super-props that can catch you the moment you have to throttle back to cool down. Between the unreliable guns and the engine heat, it just can’t keep up with the top-tier fighters it currently faces. Dropping it to 5.7 would let it actually use its altitude advantage effectively without being immediately outclassed by faster, more reliable aircraft.
And the Italian F-104S/TAF still at 11.3? Crazy, this plane makes no sense at such a high BR for it, most machines at BR 11.0 are better than it, and the JA37C, F-4E or even J-8B are several times better than the F-104S/TAF.
If it doesn’t get HMD or C-5 than it’s just worse than an already overtiered F-18C late.
That’s just garbage 13.3 maybe? haven’t played it but it seems better than the JF-17, doesn’t get HMD has less missiles and worse radar MiG-29SMT is also garbo.
Reason: it has 2 bomb drops over the other LF MK IX one and gets rockets on top of a extra bomb drop and a clear difference should be made for such cas load
The missiles are barely different if at all, doesnt make ip for it with the radar and T-W being so much worse, and the F15 airframe ag that BR is like dogfighting with a B29
Correct the armor model to match the Sherman II (Bug Report)
Rationale:
The 75 mm M3 gun is arguably one of the best guns in its general BR range due to its combination of stabilization, decent penetration, and good post-pen damage. Against lower BR vehicles, the M4A1 is essentially playing a point-and-click game. All the while, it still has sufficient armor to resist most poorly aimed shots.
The only thing holding the M4A1 back from going up is the dated armor model, which makes the hull front roof and corners more exploitable as weak points. The Sherman II, which is also early M4A1, has a much more historical and up-to-date armor model, and is already sitting comfortably at 3.7.
Come on F8U-2 at 10.0? we all knew how this ended last time. Also The Su-30 Premiums at 13.3 can just stay there? They are completely overpowered and greed is the only reason why they stay there. Make them 14.0 and decompress the entire br range. The Mirage 2000 C-S5 is objectively better than the C-S4 but because of br compression this cannot be reflected in battle ratings. Same with many other planes. Either decompress or limit the br spread to 0.7, works both.
Russia has plenty of similarly armored vehicles with the same gameplay at 2nd rank. No reason to keep it as the only 2nd rank 4.3 tank in the game. This would contribute to improved variety of vehicles eligible for Battle Pass and Events progress.
Vehicle: Brigand B.1
Gamemode: All
Class Change: Light Bomber → Strike Aircraft
Reason: Brigand has no bombsight and is not able to perform level bombing, it is equipped for ground attack and was used in this role in Malaya from 1949-1953.
