Yeah, if someone had a fake/stolen card they could spin up TONS of illegitimate accounts.

It’s not how this works. By getting your GE balance back to positive you only unblocked the ability to play online battles. If you want the plane, then you should purchase the pack containing it.

I always appreciate when you guys take the time to add clarification here on the forums, thank you.

So, obviously I am not sure exactly what happened with this player’s GE amount/removed vehicle, but if the plane was removed, why would he also lose GE’s on top of that? IF that is what happened, it would appear that he was double “punished” for having a vehicle removed/refunded/charged back?

Again, I do not have the exact details on his situation. I am making multiple assumptions.

As other users pointed out already, the packs come with GE and premium time in addition to the vehicle, and in the case of chargeback/whatever was the reason of purchase revoke, everything is removed from the player account. If your GE balance goes into negative as a result, your ability to play online battles is blocked (and premium time also goes into negative but game UI can’t handle it and just shows it as inactive).

This is an anti-fraud measure, otherwise you would be able to refund/chargeback any purchase with no consequences. If OP wanted to keep the plane, he had to re-purchase the pack containing it and cover his negative GE this way instead of purchasing only the GE.
