The Strv m/42 featured a handful of camouflage schemes throughout its service life, reflecting both practical battlefield needs and evolving military standards. Among these was the distinctive Factory Forest Green camouflage, a clean and uniform finish applied during production. Unlike more complex patterns, this scheme emphasized simplicity and function, offering effective concealment in dense forests while maintaining a sharp, well-maintained appearance.
Only a handful of Strv m/42’s remain today, so there is only currently two Strv m/42’s equipped with the camouflage documented, one at Gotlands Försvarsmuseum and another located somewhere in sweden, possibly scrapped
