i do not know what the nerf of bol pods consisted of, but i feel they are strong enough as they are right now ingame
He means being able to mount the heavy ARH missiles on wing pylons. The other F-14’s can do this but not IRIAF for no reason

Gripen has them at 13.0
At least, Gripen(the one which caused artificial nerf on BOL) doesn’t have 240CM without BOL.
Maybe an F-15A late premium with AIM-120 and BOL at 13.3 (I can justify this BR)

I can, but I think premium would make sense for a variant like that. Not to mention, unless they limit number of BOL pylons normal F-15A would be pretty good at 13.0
Problem is that not only you will buy it, and then we are off again. Me having to fight 5 Su-30SMs while my team is dead.
Second problem is that if they end up doing that, it might just end up like the NETZ. Instead of fixing it, making another variant of that issue and selling it
thats true for air RB but f15e should absolutely get BOL because gaijins insistence on it only having 120 countermeasures with a targeting pod (which is incorect as the lantern pod only prevents flares not chaff) which means f15e is forced to operate within fairly close range and highly contested airspace with very few counter measures (they drop 2 at a time)

Frankly every top tier US jet at this point should have access to BOL Pods
Most other nations at top tier now have access to MAWS or extra countermeasures through BOL or any similar system
And the F-15E in specific is missing its EPAWSS system that adds both extra cms and a form of MAWS
Currently the F-15I has the extra CMs from EPAWSS but not the MAWS
And japan has been trying to get its MAWS modeled on the F-15J for a very long time now but no progress has been made
Then you have the F-16 missing its PIDS that was already given to another nation now
bold of you to assume gajinn would accept any american sources unless the bug report is written in russian lmao… though i wonder if that could actually work

I don’t think that the BOL pods or even EPAWSS or PIDS would be a game breaking concept. The EFT has MAWs and 400 something cm. It is considered to be on the same level as the F-15E.
Given EPAWSS, the F-15E will still be weaker that the EFT from that standpoint, just cause ECM isn’t modeled for now.
At that point your asking for essentially a completely different jet though.
EPAWSS is probably only going to be seen on an F-15E “late”, as there is 0 sense in putting it on a jet with APG-70, LANTIRN, 9Ms and at best 120C-5s, to say nothing of its ground options.

That’s why I believe that the EPAWSS should be an F-15EX only, even if it got equipped on the E
Or they just add a 2nd E too? And while they’re at it a desert storm spec E, while adding EGBU to the current E as well as laser SDB
