I’ve just signed on my Xbox to a message popping up stating I do not have permission to access the game due to unsportsmanlike conduct? I do not even chat on war thunder? It states I broke rule 3.2.3. No malicious or deceptive use: use software (such as bots or mods) that automates gameplay, alters the games mechanics or functionality, provides an unfair advantage over other players who do not use software, or otherwise disrupts the intended game experience for you or any other players… again I am strictly playing on Xbox and have never used any sort of mod/cheat nor even message anyone on game! Please please help me! Thank you

If you suspect your account was used by someone else to commit any forbidden actions, please provide proof for other, unusual login locations when contacting support (you can find your recent login history in the Security Settings on the main War Thunder website).
