I think i have been banned for no reason and i want to review my case or knew the exact reason for the ban. After two months of not playing I joined the game and I got a messaege that i got banned for breach of paragraph 3.2 and 3.2.3. Its saying that I used one of the following programs , using bots which automates the game , cheating , changing game experience. I didnt do any of it. Maybe but i didnt remember i used the game with vpn but im not sure and i dont think its an unfair thing and it didnt gives me an advantage. What can I do in this situation?
