I was permanently banned from chat around a year ago,
Would it be possible to apply to be unbanned?

You will need to write to Game Masters if you haven’t already.

How can I find game masters, I was sent a link regarding my 30 day chat ban and the page; “Doesn’t exist or is Private”

this will show you the list of Game Masters… whether you can send them a message (click on their profile picture) depends on your status on the forums. you have to read a certain amount of threads etc to be able to PM someone.
