Permanent chat ban for no reason!

at the start of a match in game chat says that i’m permanently banned from game chat.
how is that possible i’ve never said anything on there ,rapid message aside…maybe a bug?anyone can help?

If the message came in the chat then it’s player made, if you scroll up you can see the player that sent it.
Please report players that do this as it is against the rules.

Right click their name and send a report using the complaint system. (the top name)

Edit:
You might want to delete the image, i’m unsure but it might be against the rules to show player names in the context of rule breaking.

No effect at all, you can still use chat.
That message is only a player sent message, it doesn’t actually chat-ban players.
