Payment failed! I contacted the bank and they said nothing appeared and nothing seemed to be wrong!

It seems the website is not allowing the transaction to go though, I have contacted the bank and they said NOTHING showed up. Gaijin please fix this problem! I have been doing this for days and I want the discount to continue for me after this one sided problem.

The bank said there’s apparently Nothing wrong with my card and it’s probably the website fault.

One of the options is to contact support. That’s likely your best bet.

I think I use paypal for mine, which could be a way to get past this if you can use that.

I already contacted support and they haven’t replied back for days.
