I have the IRST granted its not terrible. But being IR it doesnt hit The new Helicopters with IR protection. Its fairly easy to Fake the missile out being IR seeker

Playing against Mi28NMs all the time no it doesn’t lol they missile all the time and they also have a hard time shooting Down ATGMs consistently. Like the SAMPT does

I literally got clapped in a MI28 by the very first IRIS-T missile like 30 min ago.
