Patria AMV (Lockheed Martin 40mm Modular Turret) - "Exporting Excellence"

Give us a bradley then, if thats ok…

Not even one we had part of judt straight up m2a2

It not argument wow the countries share some stuff

They didn’t share this so no

The suggestion literally says the turret was made by Lockheed Martin…

CSP turret was never in British service. It was a private venture that participated in a tender for a duration of time.

I mean, let’s look at the turret:

  • Made by the US
  • FCS is French
  • Gun was developed in France with some UK money
Spoiler

French were developing cased telescope ammo back in the 80s…

patriotic bs that’s all, many nations get tanks from other nations behalf

it not its made in Britian

you see that part where it says 50/50 venture

My fella they made the CSP for the uk MOD to replace the aging warrior. It was… CONTRACTED.

Boxers are made in Australia, does that make them Australian?

50/50 refers to who invested what amount of money not who did most of the work.

…my god you two are serious…

My guy it made in Britain for Britain designed in Britain we have already gone over how America has no involvement

wheels air is from india, so it’s gotta be in india tech tree, oh there’s none, so let’s add it to russia lmao

Boxers are made in Australia for Australia…

What part of the CSP turret is British design or technology?

The whole thing the gun was co made with France

IT WAS MADE FOR THE UK my fella

Nah I’m pretty sure its a troll. Dude is ignoring the Lockheed Martin UK part, and then sends a source which shows that CTAI is a dual venture (started after the UK bought the US’s earlier Cased Telescoped research which they abandoned and merged it with France). He then says we only funded it even though his own source mentions it being a joint venture established originally by 40 British engineers going to France.

If Lockheed uk didnt go over budget it legit would have replaced the in-service warriors as the Warrior 2

Have to be trollin to be this blind my fella

Point to one thing on the turret that the British had a hand in except for the gun:

It was part of a British tender along with other competing designs. Should all those other competitor designs from other countries go to the UK?

Just because it was built in the UK doesn’t mean anything if it’s designed by America. Like I said, the Boxer is manufactured in Australia by Australians - doesn’t actually mean they had any real hand in the design.

it wasn’t
