weird, the image attatched in the thread had thermals in modifications

As said, its using the Icon from TVD, but the Icon is wrong, because it has just NVD as it should

I see, then definitely within the confines of a balanced 7.7 tank.

yep, also because NVD is stock for all tanks since the last major update

In the case of SPH, the use of multiple types of charges for the same ammunition in one vehicle is not implemented.

Looks like they had an issue with the Pzh 2000 having two versions of L15A1.

Now I’m happy again, no more 7.7 bullying like VIDAR was doing

some shells that the PZH2000
the interesting ones are:
DM 131 Base Bleed (40KM range)
DM121 insensitive ammo
L15A1 11.3KG explosive charge
DM702 SMArt munition (basically 2 submunitions that are seraching for enemy armor)
DM105/DM106/DM 115/Dm125 smoke shells

DM116 illumination shell (might be interesting for night battles)

Does pzh2000 have thermal imaging?

No, only NVD

What a pity. Doesn’t A2 have it either?

Why is its firerate so bad?

The autoloader can provide 3 shots in 10 seconds IRL and depending on the duration of the barrage, the computer will limit the fire rate gradually to a minimum of 3 shots per minute.

We get an Ace 6 seconds which is allready realy good

It has an autoloader. It shouldn’t even rely on crew skill.

And the realistic reload rate of the autoloader is 3s.

yes and no, the Ammo itself is automated but the powder charge is still manually…

for 3(2) rounds… enjoy…
other howitzer have also an 6s reload in game if not longer… (with Exception of the Bkan)
also, the reload speed is allways an Balance way

Yes, but the barrage mode is one of the special features of this particular system that sets it apart from others IRL.
It can even fire those three shells in a manner that makes them all impact more or less simultaneously.

I am well aware of it, because I worked on the PzH IRL,
but we wont get an system for it in game because we have the fixed charges amount and no variable and also we wont have an way for high angle shots because we have the fixed charges

It would be very cool but also kinda anoying to have a WIIIIDE range depending on the crew skill (maybe starting at 9 sec and ending at 3.5 or summ)
