Panzer VII Löwe

Lol, what an argument…

This was only one example for a German possible prototype, there are much more which can be used. And this is better then these stupid ideas about phantasy paper tanks as addition.

Chi-Ri was never fully assembled, if it was added realistically and historically, it’d only mount the 37mm gun in the hull.
Ho-Ri tank destroyers we have in game are both paper projects, with the real life one either never being built or the big superstructure being in the middle of the vehicle rather than in the back like it is right now.
Sovetsky Soyuz was just around 12% finished before the Soviets decided to scrap the idea. Ship we have currently in game is highly unrealistic.
Izmail was never finished ship.
Z46 and it’s brother Z47 were German ships that were never finished though they were very close to being.
And currently each year we get many suggestions passed to the devs that have vehicles that were never close to being constructed and finished. (Ex. Short 20-gun self-propelled gun and many more.)
I agree that these vehicles were mostly costructed and assembled but problem is when they are very badly implemented and straight up basically paper vehicles with 1 bolt being made for it.

Prototype vehicles are fair game to be added. E-100 had the hull built, that means it can be added.

If the vehicle was pure paper, then it can’t be added. Simple as that. Gaijin have said they’re looking at removing all the remaining paper vehicles, they’re just waiting for replacements at those BR’s.

yk they literally Removed some partially build German WWII prototypes from the tech tree because they didn’t want Prototype tanks in game

what makes you think they’ll consider a not even partially built one?

Maus removal was stupid.

Panther 2 and KT105 was completely fair. Gaijin made Frankenstein Monsters of multiple unrelated projects. These tanks as they were are completely fake.

Flakpanzer is on the fence. I personally think it could come back, but Gaijins rules for partial prototypes is having a single element actually built for the project. The guns were built for the navy and airforce (so that’s a no), the hull was an existing Panther (so that’s another no), and the turret was wood (so that’s a no). To Gaijin that’s not enough for it to be added.

What are the specs on the armor of this thing? If it’s just a sidegrade of a Tiger 2, why would it go anywhere above 7.0?
Also it’ll never get added because gaijin hates fun.

Ballancing concerns.

So? A lot of vehicles are difficult to balance. They should have just left the Maus where it was. If people didn’t like it they can just not play it.

You dont need to tell me that, that was just the official reasoning.

It literally comes back every year…

L/40 150mm or L/60 128mm or L/70 105mm
From wikipedia

I think löwe could be a nice addition to the game same for the vk. lowe is a more armoured tiger 2 featuring the same long 88 but extremly slow having 800hp and 90 tons. There was a lighter version which was cancelled by A.H. which weights 70 tons almost the same as tiger 2 but has less armour than the 90 ton version but had the 105mm. All of the versions were also tested with 128 or 150mm guns. Now the big beast the VK 72.01 (K). It had i think the same or slightly different turret placed in the back with a 150mm gun. There isnt much info about it because it was only blueprints. According to how Wargaming implemented it in World Of Tanks it had alot stronger armour than lowe with a weird overall design. I hope at least the lowe gets added because i think vk would be too op or there wouldnt be a goos br to put it on.

Rather than adding unused weapons for the sake of balance (F-4F AIM-9J, 29G R27ER, SWISS FA18 AIM-7P/AIM-9M) or indiscriminately distributing vehicles with no modifications whatsoever (like the Leopard in France) to other countries under the pretext of a subtree, things like this can actually highlight a nation’s unique character. At least, unlike the HO-RI, the Löwe has clear blueprints and specifications.

yeah i feel if they do it right and follow the actual documents not fantasy calculations they made out of thin air as where gonna run out of stuff to add and things like F22 for example are hyper classified so theyll have to stop soon and go back

No to the Lowe. It was never built.
