So you know when you lock something on in the pantsir, eveything else on the air that is in range of your tracking beam gets highlighted on your screen, so im wondering. Why can’t you just turn in on on command and not only when you track someone. I say that would be cool and makes perfect sense, or can you already do that?
For some reason moved to academy, im trying to know if its possible, if not why not. Why academy
Not sure what you mean.
But there is a key bind called “Select Radar/IRST target to lock-on”
what does it do ?
On your search radar, if you have multiple targets, you can cycle between different targets on the radar and select the one you want to lock.
Number 1 shows a selected target to lock, numbers 2 and 3 are selectable radar targets you can switch to.
And if you have a target locked in TWS, and another selectable target enters its angle, you can switch to that target via the same button
No thats not really what i mean, i mean that when you lock onto something you get a outline over everything in your sight line, it helps locate targets and estimate who to engage first (knowing how far they are). On screenshot 2 the plane on the right has that outline. What im asking is can you make that outline thing be ON all the time and not just when you lock someone
such an option isn’t in game yet
neither for ground radars or air
it only exists for TWS lock radars
Guides on how to use TWS settings are really needed
