Its pretty easy to find, the Pansarbil model 41 isn’t really that rare. i was able to dig it up with 3 searches and 2 contacts lol

Ive been searching and pulling strings the past 4-ish years. so i got contacts at the Swedish National Wartime aerial museums archives. then some back and forth from Arsenalen that is the national armour museum here in sweden.

No idea, its up to the devs. And they do questionable things. If it was up to me patria based vehicles would have made up the top tier of finland. instead of the C&P that it got.

Guess gaijin didnt think finland would turn any profit. Instead they made the only in-game patria vehicle a premium
