TL;DR: Skyranger 30 turret with Mistral 3 missiles on a Pandur EVO 6x6 chassis.

The Pandur EVO with Skyranger 30, possibly designated MTPz FIA, is a SHORAD vehicle produced by General Dynamics European Land Systems-Steyr for the Austrian Armed Forces. It uses the Pandur EVO chassis, a 6x6 wheeled APC developed from the older Pandur I, and the Skyranger 30 turret developed by Rheinmetall Air Defence AG. However, it is armed with two Mistral 3 missiles as opposed to the Stingers and SADMs used by the other nations. First unveiled in September 2024, the Austrian Armed Forces are expected to purchase 36 vehicles.

The Pandur EVO Skyranger is roughly equal to other Skyranger 30 platforms. Its power-to-weight is slightly higher than other vehicles like the Boxer and Piranha but comes at the cost of protection, which is only STANAG 4569 Level 3. The Mistral 3 missiles may be slightly better than the Stingers or SADMs used by other Skyranger 30s but come at the cost of having just 2 missiles (4 with ammo box), although more spare missiles might be carried.

History

The Pandur I was an armoured personnel carrier developed by Steyr-Daimler-Puch in the 1980s. In 2019, General Dynamics European Land Systems, which had acquired Steyr-Daimler-Puch, produced an upgraded version known as the Pandur EVO. The Austrian Armed Forces first purchased 100 vehicles, which were fully delivered by 2023. In February 2024, the Austrian Armed Forces announced another purchase of 225 Pandur EVO vehicles of several variants, which includes 36 of the anti-air variant that is the subject of this suggestion post. The Pandur EVO Skyranger was the first production order of the Skyranger 30, marking a major market breakthrough for Rheinmetall. It would be largely identical to the original Skyranger 30 but use Mistral 3 missiles as the Austrian Armed Forces already used them as MANPADS and will receive 76 mm smoke grenades instead of ROSY as the Austrian Armed Forces also use those already. At the AIRPOWER24 airshow in Zeltweg, Styria on 6 and 7 September 2024, the first produced vehicle was showcased. The Pandur EVO Skyranger, along with the other Pandur EVO vehicles ordered in this batch, would be delivered to the Austrian Armed Forces between 2025 and 2032.

+1 just what tree would this go to?

Austrian chassis with German turret, so Germany probably.

Great option for an SPAA for Germany. +1
