It got rejected because i had no sorce but there is the exact same pgm in the game with MITL feature??? Man im not doing their job for them 😂
The official line is that the Tornado is not equipped with the datalink pod necessary for the MITL of the PGM series
I guess its time to suggest the raptor reconnacance pod as thats the only way the gr4 is gonna get data link

The PGM being this place holder stand off weapon for Tornado as they wont add or model Tornadoes actual weapon systems. Need to now prove it has a DL channel when the thing was test fired…

Nah. PGM is a very nice weapon and there’s not really an alternative for GR.1. For GR.4 I guess you could argue for Storm Shadow but that can’t target moving objects like an SPAA. They’re better than ALARM in some cases as they can just turn off their radars to prevent ALARM from hitting them but PGM’s can track from 10km away on the /3 version.
You can take a loadout of 2 ALARM’s and 4 PGM’s with a TGP and 3 Brimstones or a Paveway IV. Lob 2 ALARM’s to prevent people from using their radars and then lob 4 PGM’s at the people with them off and those with their radars still on will get blown up if they focus on you or your PGM’s and then they still have wasted 6 missiles which for most SPAA’s is either 3/4 or half. (Unless it’s Pantsir with the 48 missiles)
I would be very happy if they got Brimstone 2 (with Morv’s “MITL”) that way I can lob my 18 Brimstones at one Pantsir and he can’t really do anything about it
PGM with the same MITL the Mirage has would be nicer though. The fact Gaijin want proof that the Tornado could DL with it when it was never adopted but only tested is just so Gaijin.
The GR.4 load out options are nice it’s a shame the jets flight model is so mediocre

Well I would certainly love them to add PGM to Typhoon since we have loads of photos of that.

Speaking of not doing much, hello ESM. The refresh rate on it is straight ass along with the fact it doesnt actually slave the arm unless you hard lock it which doubles the process which isnt great. All this along with the fact it doesnt even see the spaa half the time.
Doesnt have that title anymore. That would be one of the F-18s with 8x BOL. Though with BOL in its current state, the GR4 has got maybe the best CM count
600 large chaff along with 500 or so flares is all i need to dump 200 to spoof an irts

1,400 for the F/A-18C MLU 2 and 1,340 for the HUG 2.4
Tornado with two BOZ pods and two BOL pods makes 1,576 CM’s but with one TERMA that drops to 1,188.
588 being flares and 600 being chaff.
If you run no BOL that’s 268 flares (240 regular and 28 large) and 600 large chaff. I like to be secure.
