Pretty much, the JA37Di doesnt have anything better than bog standard 9L for IR because they couldnt prove it used any upgraded version in service.
Yet the F4F has 9Js which it could not carry in service, partially because the rails couldnt hold them but also because germany didnt even have 9Js

I am waiting for the Tornado ASSTA3.1 with IRIS-T to be a lower BR than the GR4 with Aim-9Ms though due to player stats

Depends. If you’re one of the big 3? Probably winter. If you’re anyone else? Probably august.
No idea, its possible, but no guarantee. GR4 is a good candidate for ASRAAMs though
