I don’t know the specific date, but it has the same CM as the J-7D and J-7E.
I absolutely love wierd western/eastern frankenstein modernisations, plus a dash of love for the early Mig-21 airframe. Absolutely a +1 from me!

Original post listed 2x missiles on inner pylons but it seems that outer pylons are also compatible. Hence i say 4x
