Not sure. But I guess JF-17 Block 1 should be able to use this since this is just a laser guided bomb.

Maybe JF-17A late (know as JF-17A Block II) and JF-17C mounted this laser guided bomb

this chassis also carried the RBs-70 missile system

Yep, already had this in TT (this image) but needed different perspectives
