Btw idk if it could be a good argument, but certain toptier helicopters use Stingers as their Main A2A weapon, so if any AH-64E can do fine against a jet at 13.0, why not the Ozelot at 10.0?
They probably won’t, jets can simply stay out of range of the Stingers and employ their Fox-3’s.
The Ozelot moving from 9.7 to 9.3 affects nothing but fitting in the 9.3 lineup. Matter of fact, the ozelot is brought on 9.3 lineups anyways so only 8.3 isn’t affected. You’r suggesting to move it up to 10.0 so now germany doesn’t have any spaa at for its 9.3-9.7 lineup. And what will you say about the ZSU -23-4M4 since it has a larger air Kill to game ratio than the gepard 1A2. I guess that needs to go to 10.3 too then right?
because it has hydra missiles. It can kill tanks. An ozelot cannot do anything to a tank. This isn’t german main skill issue, its the fact of what each vehicle has…
Because a Heli has better firing angles than an ozelot sitting on the ground. At 10.0 jets are much faster so the stinger misses all the time. At least at 9.0-9.7 range jets are slower and they can easily flare the stingers off.

Why?! Absolutely NOBODY would play the Gepard or Ozelot at that BR when you have much better options. You are basically outright removing these vehicles from the game.

not to mention that mavericks exist as low as 9.7 and out range stingers by about 1 to 1.5km for TRACK lock, they can easily point lock and let the seeker auto acquire from well beyond that.

You only see A10A once in a while, its not so bad.
Not as bad as top tier. And 9.3-9.7 SPAA for all nations are very capable.

Geprad ia more flexible while the ozelot is better for surviving and being sneaky. The IRST gives the jet no warning. Personally, i take the ozelot because i like to go sneak over to a spot on the other side of the map to catch jets off guard.
10.7 is maybe peak US cas.
A10 and a6 go hard. Stuff like the ozelot and gepard are my favorite to see because i can out range them easily.
