Over a month since last support ticket update

I have had an open support ticket with Gaijin for over a month now in relation to moving a PSN account to a full PC account.

Within about 3 days of opening the ticket when it was available I had an update that appeared as if someone had began working on the transfer. When I went to log in online it no long said “PSN” account in front of my name. That said, I still don’t have access to the market place or Gaijin store for vehicles and packs.

It’s been over a month since that last update and the response says to not post any responses or it will go to the back of the queue, but it doesn’t seem normal that they’d start working on it and then not finish and not go back for over a month.

Any insight is appreciated!
