Order in the War Thunder store was processed twice

Yesterday I bought 10000 Golden Eagles and 180 days of Premium Account at the War Thunder store but the order got processed twice.
So I received the order two times and got charged twice.

I’ve put in a ticket at Gaijin Support to ask them to cancel one of the orders and refund the Gaijin Coins.

Is that the correct way to get the problem resolved?

Should be fine as long as you dont use that gold I think

Yes, please send the ticket to the support and do not touch “additional” GE :)

I made a ticket yesterday, right after it happened.
