Well, no. AFAIK there were plans to do so, and the missile was ready, but they were not put together. But it might be one of the “Classified for now” situations.

Any reason why the Indian and Hungarian Osa’s are more expensive than the Russian and German?

As for why? Probably amount of vehicles in line or something. UK osa is also 300k

Erm 72kph is actually 44.7 mph, Abrams can do 45
Also Abrams has a governor which limits it’s top speed, whereas to my knowledge challenger 2 doesn’t have one
There are multiple tankers who claim to have seen/driven Abrams over 60mph but this is either for early Abrams or M1A1s
So 2e is still slow compared to other fast tanks
