I tried to use those anti-radiation missiles multiple times but the SAMs are so strong they all just get intercepted anyway so it’s completely useless to use them, even the OSA AKMs intercepted super quick even if you try to time them making the first one act as bait so the others can go through, it’s insane
that is the right one, tho with how screwed the current servers are I am not surprised a bug can happen
they arent useles, they need a support aircraft to jam enemies radar so they dont get intercepted

And yeah, the anti-radiation missiles are a joke. You fire them, they get intercetped 9/10 times. Not really much point in running them.
‘just jam for them’ is a rather silly statement considering you need to get nearly withing their launch range with bad aircraft. I’ll pass.
the main thing i absolutely dislike is that u can’t use Su-27 here.
i mean, if the gamemode is based in destroying SPAAs, why can’t i use Su-27 for air superiority? it looks like Gaijin already knew what it was going to happen, and simply didn’t care.
using MiG-29 9-13 as the best jet at that BR is awful, u aren’t any challenge for F-15A or F-14A IRIAFs (which are absurdly common).

Friend, the entire map is their launch range. You get painted the moment you takeoff.
that is 2.5k to END THE GAME, the health of a base is 500000t of TNT, the amount of 30kt bombs you need to do the same job is rather high

Try using MiG-29 or MiG-23MLD with just A2A missiles, its much easier to get spawn points with air kills than doing CAS the whole time.
…and yea, technically you can end the game with just one of these XD
If they were cheaper the games would end way too soon

Look, at this point this event is just another chance for USA/USSR mains to shit on people that didn’t grind the required trees far enough to get a good plane themselves or are unwilling to pay for it.

Sure, and get blown out of the sky by Aim7s every fight because their chaff resistance is so high. Its really not a competition, the US is winning the a2a war every game i play and its not even close.
why no body talks about insane level of packet loss and lag? it is unplayable.

i use Su-39 USSR is hard to grind unlike USA it easy with F-16 !
I hope this means tech B-52 and T-95 in the future despite these two being event.
Very fun and cool event. Too bad I don’t play or have top tier for the 2 most popular nations in the game to get very iconic and probably extremely expensive vehicles when they are on the market. Boo hoo to me.
