Playing USA side now and can’t get a game where I could before the changes. WTH is going on here… 10 min and counting. Even my headset just timed out from no sound. lmao -_-

People complained about “long” queue times, thus the Gaijin’s paw curled…

Day 1 over 500 players and I could get a match. Just in the last 6 hours it went from over 200 to under 100… and I can’t get a match.

pssshhh ! Hold your tongue! The alternative is getting thrown into a game that is literally just ending.

You know there is 3 or more AA on depot site, it’s impossible to isolate them
how many time did you die before taking those 2 AA down ? and how many points did you make by taking out two ?
Edit : I joined an ending battle, it looks like it is a bit easier to do SEAD since they can run short of missile to intercept incoming HARM, still their god like aiming accuracy is still a pain in the ass when 2 or more missiles are coming at you or at your launched ordonnance

I would really like to see if the people complaining are PvP-ers who feel attacked by the score change, or if it’s people who have done ground attacking.

I’ve mainly done Ground attacking in this game mode. And my main issue with it is that the spawned AI SPAA that moves around is a pain to kill, if not impossible. I’m fine with not being able to cross the frontline without dying to whatever, I just hate how hard they are to kill when they’re in a forest and can shoot me down easy. It’s damn near impossible to kill them like that, when they can just lob missiles at you from behind forest cover. The FlaRakPz is particularly annoying, because for some reason, when they are on a forest path, if the Roland missile hits a tree it disappears, but it stays alive and a threat.

It’s so much easier to go after the SAM sites, they only have 1 missile SPAA and 1 cannon SPAA protecting them. This goes for both sides. A lone A-7E can demolish a BUK or S-300 emplacement, and so can an Su-25T with the Hawk and Patriot emplacements.

Also, what’s with the Matchmaking balance? Why are there so many players for the US side, but so few for the USSR side? I’ve been wondering about that for a while now, it’s been like that since day one I think.

Overall I think the game mode is good, the airfield placement was better at the start than now, and the main issue people seem to be having is poor tactics and methods for Ground attack. The Missile SPAAs are a poor target, focus on SAMs instead. (BUKs, S-300s, Hawks, Patriots) And nuke airfields when possible.
I feel like it would be much easier to kill the SPAAs with a group instead of trying to do it alone, but good luck finding anyone willing to join you in a coordinated SEAD mission while in a random match. It does happen, but good luck.

Toughts of this mode , Idea and concept was great.
But the balance of vehicles is ridiculous.
Free bracket is complete dance for USSR, but 12.0+ is complete USA dominance.

Now for the future, that top bracket should really be tought again, and it should have allowed basic SU27/SU30 to enter, or ban F14’s (should be done anyway if not giving Fox3 mig 29 on ussr), Premium F18 and F15.

AA’s are ridiculously op in this event, OSA and FLAK both are tracking trough terrains and trees and best part is those things shoot while driving 75km/h around road and neither of those missiles seems to have same kinda wobbling like using them in ground games when trying to track closer to max range.

Lastly this latest nerf destroyed all the fun from this mode, reducing points from air kill like that was horrible decision, should kept it same as it was and just increase rewards for killing ground units and also increasing big nuke spawn cost to 3000 or 3500sp could have done the deal without destroying that point gain

I’ve done ground attacking with my A-10 and I complain about the score change because it’s part of Gaijin drastically limiting access to nukes, which are the main draw of this event. Together with the buff of the already aimbotting SPAA, I’m just spamming the small nukes to farm score now.

I also disagree with the main problem being poor tactics. Even using the terrain to mask your approach is a gamble sometimes, because Gaijin can’t decide how much aimbotting they want their AA to have.

Wonder why? Just compare what planes usa can use on this event on top bracket vs what ussr got…

As someone who DOES do ground attacking I must say that this mode is a perfect example how triggered people get when they aren’t catered too 24/7 by the devs. I think the change to nerf the Air kill rewards while buffing the ground rewards did wonders to the mode and was not just what I wanted but many other people too who don’t linger on the forums. This is a SEAD mode after all and not a “arb 2.0 with bigger map + funky ground targets” mode and i think they should have buffed the ground reward form the get-go and now more than ever is it VERY important that the devs DO NOT listen to the complainers and they didn’t which was very good on their part.

Is so much painful to grind after nerf, before the nerf I can grind 2 star within 2 hour (brainrot playstyle) but now I already spend almost 6 hour and still didn’t get 1 star. The pure Russian Bias and the point nerf just make doing everything pointless because you won’t get enough point of even the 30kt nuke most of the time.

Hard disagree. The Air kill reward nerf was completely unnecessary. They should’ve just buffed the rewards for ground targets, maybe increase costs for the big nukes and leave everything else alone.

It’s fun that after the last couple of updates they disappeared as our feedbacks don’t matter anymore. They made their decisions, completely ignoring our opinion, leaving us arguing on a destroyed event.

I find climbing to 1500m and then doing an inverted split s and climbing after helps with wasting the osas energy and giving your agm88 time to hit the target
