I spawned in with a tu-95m 4 times, and all 4 times i got shot down by a patriot even though i had chaff series of 4 and interval of 20ms, where as so far ive never seen anyone get shot down by a s-300 in a b-52! this is getting kind of absurd.
yeah I have the F-111F spaded. The only guided munitions it has are the 2 diff. AGM-65, the AGM-130, GBU-15, and laser GBU’s. I think the only viable option with the F-111F is CCRP bomb tossing with dumb bombs on stationary targets.
I think it mostly proximity with the exception of bottom air spawn, here S-300 is right next to air spawn
I know you probably didn’t play sim a few years ago but this was the reality, for Russian jets with the spo-10 facing the f14 and f4j and f4s. they all have pd radars and could fire their missiles against jets with the spo-10 with no warning period including the aim-54 it was not very balanced

The trees are the real enemies in this, whoever thought putting it as a tropical map is a dumbass, seriously. Those palm trees have such a broken collision box that’s way larger than their design. It’s just plain bad. I honestly hope they change the map for this mode to an European map and not a stupid tropical bs
Or you could just learn to fly? You can fly comfortably at 35 m and not hit them.
Of course, the SPAA targeting you through trees while moving is a bit of a problem, but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed by Gaijin by forcing them to only be able to target + fire with radar on.
I’ve been playing this game for 11 years, i know how to fly. Doesn’t help that to be able to dodge R27ERs and r73s plus the SPAA ones you have to tickle the trees literally. If i didn’t know how to fly i wouldn’t have commented, and it seems i ain’t the only one who has issues with trees

Currently MM heavily favours F4J/S in the 10.3-12.0 matchmaking, the MM should be strictly 10.3-11.7 and 12.0-13.0.

Ah yes, totally forgot that F-15 facing Yak-141 with its crazy amount of four missiles and Fulcrums’ amazing flight model is absolutely fair and balanced.
Same as F-4E, which for some unknown reasons got access to AIM-9Ls and is able to carry all its air to air airmament and 30kt warhead at the same time.
except the magic 2 is faster which means that the window for flaring it is A LOT shorter and it doesnt burn as long so people are more likely to miss its launch entirely
