You are still in the high br lineup.
also that’s what 100+ americans against 800+ in the high bracket.

Try dropping F-4S as well
I would expect the number of players who are playing for only 1 of the 2 bomber rewards to be minimal. If you are already in it for the reward vehicles, I expect most of this type of player to be going for both, negating any imbalance.
Neither side is significantly stronger than the other, and you can argue which is stronger both ways with valid points. Therefore, there is no concept of “playing 1 side because it is simply better” like A7V in WW1, which was objectively stronger as you mentioned.
The true reason for this imbalance is the vehicles available to both sides:
It should be noted that the 10.3-12.0 bracket queues are very short for both sides (< 1 minute), which points to the fact that in situation where everyone can access the game mode, it is roughly an even split. US does have slightly more wait time here, and this can be due to factors such as F-4J/F-4S being an easier plane to play, US being more popular (either B-52 or US planes in general), or more US premiums at the tier that people want to play to earn SL and RP.
11.7-13.0 is where the true imbalance lies. If we ignore 11.7-12.0 vehicles that could be in either bracket, we see that for US we have: F/A-18A, F/A-18C (Premium), F-14A, F-14B, F-15A, and F-16A. While for USSR we have: MiG-29 (9-12) (new vehicle), MiG-29 (9-13), and Yak-141. It should be immediately obvious that there is simply more vehicles in US that are available, including a pack premium, compared to USSR. Additionally, these US vehicles span all 3 main fighter lines, while USSR only spans the Yak and MiG lines, which are often skipped due to all relevant top tier vehicles in ARB being flanker variants in the Sukhoi line. The barrier to entry is simply far lower on the US side, and therefore players will queue the US side as they have the vehicles for it, while the portion of players with vehicles on the USSR side is far fewer.
I think the thing this conversation is forgetting is that the majority of players who play April Fool’s events are there not to grind the event or optimally abuse the most broken vehicle, they are simply there to play the event for fun, and are often lower level players with less tech tree progression. They will simply play the event with whatever is available to them, and a far larger portion of these players have something in 12.3-13.0 US than 12.3-13.0 USSR.
Because it Fking sucks at both tiers. F4S and F14/15/18 are all better in this event than the best jet you can take… the worthless MiG-29 lead sled. The MiG-23 Fing sucks as a nuke carrier because it wing rips at high speeds…which you kind of need to drop a nuke in a mode wiith 3 million sams and a dozen players shooting at you. Su-24 is slow AF and about as manuverable as a MiG-29. It’s just miserable to play. And i’ve gotten both USSR stars with just play time.
YES drop to BR 1
If russia have the equivalent of a 12.7 premium jet the USA had I would easily go buy it for the grind but they don’t so I am playing low tier russia and low tier USA cause I just want the bombers and the jets in the lineups are already good, russia has a worse fighter for sure though.
at least the russian teams can farm the american airfields because our aa wont shoot them
BR 1 man do you need me to hold your hand? DROP TO BR 1 as in the PLANE has a BR of 1, not 2 not 3 not 4 not 5 not 6 not 7 not 8 not 9
i cant help if you cant look at an image
BROTHER LOOK AT YOUR IMAGE LINEUP what is a F-80A-5 doing there?
sitting there because ITS UNUSEABLE IN THE EVENT YA TARD
I do enjoy this mode. Its very creative and def stepping out of that zone of what you guys are normally capable of. Honestly this would be an amazing idea for a more combined approach too where in Heli EC mode you have convoys and battles, what if there was an introduction to logistic vehicles too and the ability to bring in multi role logistic vehicles such as the Chinook or C130. This mode def has that breakthrough and resupply the front line feel to it. Perhaps game modes that are meant to last longer and allow more players, given that it would take a lot of improvements to optimizations for a server to handle so many players as is given how much the server would already need to calculate and send in packets to clients. Still. The idea you guys have, depending on how you deploy that vision, could bring fruit to your labor. A more casual DCS style mode for those who arent hardcore into simulation.
Bros playing stupid on purpose OBSERVE
you need to get that 12.7 out of your line up dude
go cope somewhere else there with the incompetence
I read it brother 🙂
If you would like to try the event any further, I would highly suggest reading through my post about how to use “CCRP” (Constantly Calculated Release Point) and a quick and dirty suggestion/guide to use SARH missiles (and how to “slave” IR missiles to a radar lock): Nuclear Thunder! - #3528 by SilentTracker
Ping me here, or send me a DM if you have any issues with the CCRP. I highly recommend going into a test match to set up the keybinds and test the mechanics a little bit before you try the event again. The F-4S premium is a good one to use for testing, it has all the features mentioned in my post above.
Good luck!
In my experience they are very hungry for flares even in frontal attacks.
Not everyone has money to throw around.
