aim9L is ass tho. its not fair at all. Mig23MLD is still a leap better, with or without F4E having aim9L

They use their radar the entire time otherwise the RWR wouldn’t ping it (and I can see their radars lower in the death cam)
I don’t use the A-10 at all. I use my A-7K for CAS.
AIM9L is the best missile for all aspect at that BR. you just have to time it right and sometimes it ignores flares

I think that’s because they don’t actually use the radar at all. They’re just aimbotting because Gaijin can’t code an AI to safe their lives.
The F-4E has AIM-9L. Rear aspect sub 2KM they’re basically a guaranteed kill
Almost every single 9L shot I have made has gone for flares. Even popping a single countermeasure will usually work 9 times out of 10. The R-60Ms seem to have better flare resistance in this event.

not true, I tried both out and r60m is just so cheesy with the head-on trick it can do. Way easier and way deadlier than aim9L
