My line-up is comprised of the MiG-23ML, the Su-25K and the Su-14M4 and this is either bugged or just doesn’t work. Loading into a match sends me straight into a team full of MiG-23s facing a team full of F-14s, F-15s, and F-18s. I don’t know how the USSR team is expected to compete but no wonder no one wants to play that team.

I hope the folk playing the upper br bracket are having fun waiting 10 years for a match. Looks like making the event only for two nations wasn’t a smart decision, Gaijin.
Time to get in the F-4 and MiG-23 like everyone else.
This game mode is amazing and should allow the use of all nations.
But unfortunately, it has a serious balancing problem.
The American team has very powerful planes.

F16
F18A and C eartly
A10C with JDAM
AVB-8 (NA)
Even the F20 is decent in this mode.
Russia only has 2 MiG 29s, and only the 9-13 is really good and yak141
The su25sm3 is banned, while the a10C is not.
Releasing SU-33 will better distribute the players in the queues
Allowing the F-117 on the American side would also be interesting.

This mode doesnt need any more imbalance. The su33 will be too strong with its 8 ER’s compared to everything else, shifting the long queue times to russia, just ban the Mig29 9.13 and the F15A and you already have better balance
select all servers, I havnt spent longer than 30 seconds looking for a match, even on US
They should activate the Su-27 and 33. Allow Germany and Italy to join with their MiG-29 and China with J-11. Maybe limit Su-27 to only R-27R for balance.

At least giving USSR the Su-27 would even things out in my opinion. Gives more variety to that side and plus there’s probably more people who own that plane than the MiG-29s

I just enable EU and NA servers, enable “join battles in progress” and I can get into US side on 10 seconds max.
Russian is of course like 3 seconds max
(on lower BR bracket)
If I do that, I can’t play because of the ping. The lowest ping server for me is the American one with 130-150 ping, while on the European server I get 180-200+ ping.
180-200 ping isnt bad at all, way better than 1 hour queue times imo.
I guess you just have to pick your poison, wait a long time or lag abit

There are some games that I play with 11 to 9 ping, playing below 100 ping makes an absurd difference.

for warthunder terrible is 300+ . You’ll still be able to fly, multipath and gun people down with 200 ping.
300 ping is where you start falling to the ground

su27 is cracked, it will certainly be Op in this mode with the amount of noobs flying around.
if variety is your problem, why not advocate for more nations to join instead of breaking the balance once more?

The player base for this game is easily satisfied.
You’re satisfied with crumbs.
The performance of missiles and bombs is drastically affected by ping.
