Yep, it should either be all nations or everyone limited to the same pool of aircraft. Giving people who grinded 2 specific trees an overwhelming advantage is really boring

best plane to use is the yak 141 by far since it has better radar more sahrs and a better fm then mig-29
I waited 7 minutes for a match, took off, instantly got blasted by 5 AIM-54s, tried notching and multipathing, every single one hit, i died

It’s probably not balanced, I haven’t played it, but I can already recommend not taking out the strategic bombers until ALL of their long range AD is down. This one should be obvious.
