That sounds a bit scuffed ;-) how would they know at what point you are within your killzone or where you are in general, without using their radar?^^
The auto lead being 10 times deadlier on rolands and osas as well as zsu 23s onetapping you while youre 4 km away going perpendicular on the deck at mach is as much a problem here as is laserbeam ai gunners in naval and heli pve. At this point it feels like inaccuracies in guidance for ai controlled aa is something that gaijin wont ever code in a way that is somewhat similar to how it would be if a real person controlled it. its either stay out of its effective range, multipath or at a certain speed/angle or automatically die.
Yeah it’s doable (but 30min seems excessive for an average player), doesn’t make it fair. I’m not saying I’ll miss stars when I can play, but there will be days where I won’t spend all my free time on War Thunder.
And when that happens I don’t think I want to pay for the stars, because I don’t want to support an intentionally unbalanced event. The bombers are interesting, but really not worth my money if it tells Gaijin to make future events like this one too.

I have nothing to do with in game items so all I can say is make sure turn in progress is turned off that’s really all I can suggest !
For accuracy, I fly at about 15 meters, which avoids any missiles and allows me to easily engage vehicles with the cannon.
I already did but it seems this setting is ignored for air sim and this event. At least in sim you can choose lobbies from list
what they could do is remove the f-18s and the F-15 the Iran f14A and the f-14B maybe the f-14A then it would be balanced in the event
