Because ECM isn’t modelled in general and that on the bombers is just a placeholder and test. When ECM is actually added it’ll probably be added back.

players are mostly just focusing on killing the entire enemy team instead of doing what the event was made for: destroy enemy SPAA with anti-radiation missiles.
mate just shut up, there is no counter to the swarms of fakours and aim-54s, you cant fight an ARH missile from 30km away with SARH missiles, please think, this map is 200km+, the a2a fights w the f14s happen at over 30km, you cant rlly fight back with SARH missiles, you clearly have never fought against an f14 iriaf or f14 in this event, in my games they constantly get thr most kills, 60 kills or more, i ahve never seen a mig29 or yak141 get higher than 40
Some idiotic event - nothing is clear except that the Americans are constantly winning.

does the ECM stop radar from locking onto it? because thats what it is on the B52H, well it makes it harder to lock

Why should I stop arguing against the Flankers being added, when every soviet game I had was a win, when every soviet game my friends have had was a win, the R-27s both the ER and ET are great even in limited number. If you cannot win with the MiG-29 and Yak that is fully on you.
As someone who cannot afford to chuck 7k GE at anything right now, that’s not happening. Maybe, just maybe, if the F-4 we got wasn’t the god awful F-4E with the inability to lock a low flying Mig-23 MLD because its ACM can’t distinguish the difference between a plane and and a tree at 200m altitude, but rather the one at 12.0, it’d even the playing field. But nah, we gotta have the F-4E which is inferior to the Mig-23MLD just for the fact that the Mig-23MLD gets MTI mode that can lock an F-4 at treetop level and I can chuck an R-24 into their faces.

i just went thru all the mig21s ingame, there isnt an ECM pod on any of them
It’s tough if you don’t have high tier aircraft and have to rely on ‘default’ aircraft.
There shouldn’t be any player vehicles allowed, period.

I mean, my highest BR in the US tree is 9.0 with the F-106, TT wise its 7.0. USSR is 9.0 and 13.0 with the SU-33.
