Does it have good activity? To grind squadron vehicles?

yes we do get the 20k but since its the end of the season its 18k but when the new season starts we will get the 20k back

How long do you think it will take for 25k rp?

18k on first 3 then the rest is 5k you will get 15k to put on another vehicle
