No discord required for joining AND THERE NEVER WILL BE. (Squadron was set up for people that prefer no interaction in mind).
No friend requests required either. Just join, play and grind research.
Should the squadron fill up, the Commander or Deputy will clean out those that have not contributed towards the research at the end of every month. Nothing personal, just join again if there is space.
