And again, one slightly better performing tank versus 3 or 4 average tanks, the better performing tank is outmatched. But since we’re also including uptiers against T90As, Type 90s, and whatnot, how about we see those stats?
Absolutely irrelevant and you’re once again arguing about line-ups. Vehicles are balanced based on their individual performance and moved around accordingly. Hence why you often have vehicles on their own at BRs.
If you change the BR range setting from 1 to 0 it allows you to select the vehicles from that specific BR by clicking on the coloured box in the table.
I’d selected 10.3 (now 10.7) for the main three and also selected 10.0 (now 10.3) for USSR since dinfire was bringing up the 10.3 USSR vehicles in regards to the M1.
It’s just so cool that Gaijin mutilated USA’s 10.3 line-up by leaving only the 120S as an " MBT " when all it is, is a glorified tank destroyer. Relegating the USA 10.0-10.3 to basically being forced to do nothing but play defensively because there’s now zero obj pushing authority.
Meanwhile the 10.3 Abrams that got uptiered did so with no relief or compensation.
I’ve gone and deleted my top tier US line-ups. The nation is just Dead in the Water.
It is irrelevant because we are not discussing line-ups for the US at 10.7. It is not the topic of discussion and vehicles are balanced and moved in BR because of their individual performance.
This would be a valid complaint if tanks were made entirely of turret rings, but sadly for you, that’s not the case.
1s faster reload is not just slightly slower when you consider how fast things go at that BR. Also, DM23 is far from anything special and you’ll still need to aim for weak spots, just like with M774.
Take this complaint to the thread about HEAT-FS specifically. Tanks are being judged in it’s spaded state, and I’m pretty sure M1 doesn’t come with HEAT-FS only.
You’ll still need to aim for crew/ammo, regardless of your round and this apply to literally anything you shoot at, doesn’t matter if it’s MBT or a light tank. Of course, if it isn’t your goal to kill only a single crew member and watch how you get blasted by their perfectly operable vehicle.
Also, gun handling does matter because: faster you can get your gun on target = better.
Every available stat we have shows it’s fine.
Gaijin not decreasing it’s BR or buffing it with a better shell is also yet another reason that makes me believe M1 is more than fine where it’s now.
It is irrelevant, I will repeat it as many times as is necessary because it is irrelevant. You plugging your ears and trying to shift goalposts and bring up other unrelated things will not make it anymore relevant.
Vehicles are balanced based on their performance. They are not based around setting up line-ups. Trying to argue that the M1 should get buffed in-place of having an existing line-up is nonsense. It’s a non-argument and this isn’t how things work and you plugging your ears won’t change it.
You plugging your ears and acting like it isn’t won’t change it.
I know, it really sucks to be held to a standard of gameplay and how line-ups stack and how that would affect players’ experience in a vehicle, nevertheless, there we are.
You know what, you are welcome to believe whatever you wish to believe regardless of how much truth there is in it. It isn’t going to change the reality of the situation however.
DM23 is still very noticeably better than M774, and 1 second isn’t that major a difference frankly.
It does get HEATFS stock and getting shafted by stock performance shouldn’t be overlooked so casually. Same can be said for 10.0 tanks upward, where stock settings leave basically every tank as practically fodder isn’t healthy. Anyways.
Uh, no. Warsaw doesn’t have to pixel hunt - They can point and click and that first shot on NATO does one of two things; Kills it or cripples it outright. Gun handling is irrelevant when it comes to corridor fights which the large majority of the maps are, especially when Russian armor has overperforming LoS which shrugs off shots it has no business shrugging off even at point blank range. Russians easily abuse it whipping around corners, eating shells point blank that should’ve penetrated and then killing the tank that shot them without having to aim past center mass.
Gaijin is Biased and we’ve been seeing evidence of it for years. The M1 isn’t fine where it is now and wasn’t even fine at 10.3 - How about those lazy louts actually fix the tank and give it proper ammunition, first. Then we can talk about whether it’s fine or not.
Likewise, you’ve been doing that from the start since I made the suggestion, I’m glad you finally gave me permission to believe such things as actual played experience, Mister English main! My gosh, what would I do without your permission?
Ah so just more of dinfires anecdotal out of the usual matchmaking as he mentioned earlier. Perhaps gaijin has applied a filter to him that discriminates against him or perhaps he is just a statistical anomaly. We shall never know.
