Indeed although if the E was to be viable or even worth playing it should be 10.0-10.3.

There are 0 differences in them and its just not worth taking 50% of the missiles for a whole .3 BR difference.

Flared it a few times in a frogfoot. Been shot down by it many many more times than flared it though.

The only way you flared it was if the tracking mode of the missile was IR and not optical/photo-contrast. Any smart Strela player uses manual mode switching to ensure it’s always using photo-contrast since that is quite literally unflareable. Countermeasures have no effect on an optical lock ingame, that’s why it’s so incredibly potent since flares can’t save anything when it has that kind of lock.
