be realistic, thats not happening.
a normal SLAP isnt meant for a rifle like a serbu still. the overly hot charge just made it happen worse

hmmm
thats almost what I said
this is about standard AP given that this belt doesnt SLAP
you need to watch the server side replay, the in game replay shows client side, which depending on how much ping you have can be quite a bit out of sync with what the server is seeing.
Autocannons are extra weird due to their high fire rate seems to do funky things to the server.
A .50 SLAP round might if you hit the lowest part of the hull, but the tank would have to be tipped half on its side to get the angle flat enough, but while theoretically possible I wouldn’t expect it to happen in any realistic situations. Of course it’s also possible the tank had pre-existing damage or poor quality repairs resulting in a weakness in its armour.
Might have just been old, after a few decades explosive tend to become unstable and do unexpected things, if the volatile chemicals separate from their stabilising agents they can combust far faster then intended resulting in not just higher chamber pressure but also cause a far more violent shockwave in the weapon then intended. And from what I understand SLAP has been out of production long enough for that to start to become a potential danger in even the “newest” rounds.
