Norwegian “Tøffe Tom” decal

On this pictrue are the decal on a M113 chassy used by the Norwegian army, i am uncertain where and when this pictrue is taken ( it might be in Skrolsvik Norway wich is in senja municipality in Troms og Finnmark) in 1967

I have seen the names/numbers of what department this vehicle was used, but i havent found it yet unfortunately

There is also an exercise that was named Toffe-Tom"Tøffe Tom"
FN-preparedness had something to do with this and the the 1967 Six Day War
The troops were transported to the area with MTB’s
