Well, not really. Everything depends on who is moderating suggestions at the time and sometimes suggestions wont be accepted because there is “not enough information” even if there is a proof of parts existing.
Same thing goes with devs, they can just decide that they don’t want some vehicles or want some that never were built. Not to mention that some vehicles are combination of multiple versions of this vehicle like IS-6. I don’t really understand why, perhaps to make better tank overall.
