No ZB-500 tanks on the Mig 21 Bison for some of the players

Why are there no ZB-500 tanks on Mig 21 Bison?
I noticed a player in combat who had this weapon and after that I did not find these tanks in my modifications.
Further, after studying the description of the news about this technique when entering the game and the WT Wiki page, I came to the conclusion that specifically on my account is not available this weapon.

Did you check if you could make a custom loadout for them?

Sometimes, not all weapons show up by default in the loadout screen. Some like the Kh-25 and S-25OF/OFM’s on the Su-25 are hidden by default. But you can still make a loadout with them.
