I had an Air RB match on Golan Heights earlier today where I suffered a number of instances of packet loss affecting my ability to control the aircraft, other players were also complaining about it during the match so I doubt it was anything on my end. Just as the match finished, packet loss caused me to crash and I was kicked from the match. I received no message telling me the match results and no RP, SL or points towards the event, and I had over 2400 points by the end. I can see the replay available to watch but over an hour later after logging out and back in still have no rewards and no message even indicating that I played in the match. Is there any way to recover the rewards?
The servers have been kinda bad for the past couple hours or so.
Can you see it in the inbox (the mail thing in the bottom right)? Sometimes when you’re kicked it doesn’t show the rewards screen, but you actually got the rewards.
I know I didn’t get the rewards because my F3D only needed 400ish RP to be fully spaded, and it still isn’t. I can also see I didn’t get any score towards the event from that match despite getting at least 2400, so that didn’t get awarded either.
