I was unsure about it last year during the Russian Air- and Aerospace forces day and was hoping to get it this time, maybe try to grind the Tomcat Event with it a bit, but no.

Being at 8.7 instead of 9.0, the tech tree Mig-17 is much better. Unless you prefer fighting crudaders and even more starfighters.
