Even if I have premium vehicle, felt like I’m shit with some of them (rusty in props). and repair cost has been in the 0 sense region after rank 4 (everything balloon from 6K Repair cost to 11K somehow).
Are you coping with your skill or are you just coasting along with it?
I play WW 2 props in ASB. There, premium is inconsequential except for time to unlock ace crews by doubling RP gain. I do have 2 premium planes to get SL to buy expert crews (Mutstang Mk Ia for allies, Tada’s Ki-61 for axis). Crew experting costs are absurd.
However, early jets are veritably unplayable without premium. Ho 229 costs 17.3k SL to spawn (not repair - spawn! You start in debt in ASB) and your maximum possible income without premium is 19.8K SL per 15 minutes assuming you land and obtain max (1050 score) reward potential. Unless you never die, you’re not making SL with the Ho 229. You need to survive 30 minutes every time you spawn to afford your next respawn.
I can deal with rank 6-8 jets because their flight performance and gun is good enough for me to get stuff done.
With rank 5 jets I’m at a fucking impasse with how ridiculously underpowered a stock jet can be.
GRB without premium is literally undoable. I’ve been wasting my limited life time for nothing.
Wait, what was the schizo complaining about? Because all the thread header implies is that he’s upset that Premium players get more SL and RP than he does as a non-prem player.
Look, I get it. Playing this game without prem absolutely blows. People buy Premium so it blows just a little less, but having premium doesn’t save you from the rest of the game’s issues.
If the game’s really that intolerable, well, there’s always the uninstall button and it applies to everyone.
heh? No? I’m saying what do people who play the game without premium at all (account and vehicle) learn to become god or just coast along with the repair cost and cycle vehicle. If that hurts your feeling so bad maybe press that uninstall button and go delete your account and add WT forum to your modem blacklist.
No prem vehicle, no prem day. U can still get many rewards if you just keep spawning and get one or two kills before u run out of SP.
This is especially true at top tier, where most matches barely last 5 min and the travel time from spawn to battle is under a minute. Remember: the faster u die, the lower u repair cost.
Now for low tier tho, the best option is to stay alive as long as possible, repair cost are fairly low so it not really a concern but the battle last much longer which mean the longer u stay in the match, the more reward u get from the bonus.
Obviously u should always go for the cap since those give u several thousand sl per full cap.
Most of my good match where i spawn multiple time and get 3-4 kills and cap 1-2 point net me 30-40k SL and 2-5k RP, my repair cost are usually 6-10k. Obv there will be bad game but if u can, don’t one death leave since that is very inefficient and are bad for ur mental.
Im by no means a cracked player but still do more than fine
Going no higher than 7.0 and I’m good. Breaking even even on really bad rounds.
It’s tough even with premium, but one week of premium can help. I recently paid for 1 week and then I somehow unlocked a crate that gave me another 7 days free, so I made fairly good progress.
I’ve playing with premium for the last few months, so having none does throw me off sometimes but it isn’t a big issue for me. The only time it really showed how unfriendly this game is to F2P players is when I got 4.7k RP for a nuke at 8.3 (including 3 deaths). Its insane how low rewards are for non-premium accounts/vehicles.
Been playing this game since the pandemic - thats 4-5 years and Im yet to fully unlock Japan TT (managed to get to the top tier of GRB tho and currently high tier in ARB).
