Since May plywood has been not triggering HE, leading to shells passing through without dealing any damage, as seen on video.
It’s been reported several times.
It’s continuation of old plywood bug - basically plywood thickness was set so low, it failed to fuse MG151/20 HE among others.
Gaijin responded by increasing sensitivity of the fuze, so it triggered vs thinner plate.
Unfortunately in 2025 Gaijin reduced plywood aircraft skin effective thickness to under 0,1mm and it continues to affect almost any plane trying to down Soviet WW2 era props (most) or Mosquito.

BTW, there’s still no fix to dogsh… I mean bad large caliber SPAA damage. Meanwhile 20mm is behaving in a very realistic sort of way, as seen below:
But I guess this is less important than adjusting Tetrarch’s engine power.
