No more manual tracked aiming of laser-guided / beam riding AGMs / Bombs for planes

For some reason, it looks like you can no longer manually aim (while locked) onto a target for beam-riding / laser-guided AGMs / Bombs:

Though you can still do so with helicopters:

Is this an intended or unintended feature?

Mine still works, maybe youre using the wrong key, iirc you need to use “sight stabilization”
