Well, awaiting for locking of this theme, because tech mods do “all right”. But didn’t even try to be in rule with passing theme. From age, from number of votes in themes. Nothing. Just chaotic and by wish.
Channels will not be locked as long as they follow the rules. Curiosity and feedback about the passing of suggestions is fine as long as it is done within said rules. That being said, I have already answered about what the topic was inquiring to.
Also tech mods are a different team and don’t touch suggestions.
If you go back and check previous Suggestions Passed to Devs (as I did once), you will find that Ground/Air Suggestions for the “four” majors (USA, GER, USSR, UK) alternate every other month.
