No admin is replying to bug reports in war thunder

I have written many bug reports but no admin has replied to them. Is it too bad that no admin cares to deal with that?

They also have like 10 copies of each bug report from different players.

If your bug report hasn’t been looked at for a couple of days you can send a message to one of the technical moderators to ask about it. If you don’t get an answer for a few days you can add more moderators to the first message instead of sending a new one, that preserves the date of the message and doesn’t make it look like a new request.

I would first make sure that the bug report you have created contains everything needed and is made correctly. A guide on how to report bugs can be found here: ([Navigation] Technical Knowledge Base | War Thunder Wiki) . Otherwise you’re just going to get told to supplement files and information.

I had sent a dm days ago and added like 3 tech mods how much do i have to wait and is it normal to take this long?

All teams are Volunteers, we still have normal jobs/school/families/hobbies/etc outside of war thunder moderation. It’s expected that it takes a few days for a response but if you don’t get an answer for 2-3 days then just add more moderators from the list.

I would personally try to add like 2-3 of them at a time or something like that. One of them will eventually answer and if you’ve added all of them and none of them answer then at that point i would start adding the Seniors.

Judging by how many players send in bug reports i can only imagine how many messages the team gets here on the forum. It’s going to take them a while to go through them all.

I waited for almost a week still no response.
At this point ill start to add a senior but i cant really find any senior user and there is no tag to find one
