Everyone kind of knew the T-28 was garbage so giving her a bigger gun could have provided a fighting chance. Though the most hopeful design was as a SPG as you are trying to not get blown up.

It can move on its own? Its a towed gun unless there was some attempt to mechanize it. FYI south African artillery projects where very good all things considered due to the connection of the mad Canadian Gerald Bull. Gerald Bull tech is funny enough one reason why nowadays Chinese artillery is speciation wise better then Western. (Western tactics don’t really need long range artillery when plane does that job better.) When South Africa ended the apartheid a lot of there military tech was exported to get money like the trucks that would become mrap trucks.

I would love these big siege cannons especially with infantry pulling one up to blast a building with a mg post in it.
yep that’s what the seat and steering wheel in the front is for. It could travel about 100km on its own but from what i could find its a bit of a slow boy. Following South Africa’s usual tactics of hit and run, it would fire then drive away to a new position.

Its like the Swedish 155 K 98 towed howitzer its a bit of a nice to have feature on one of these guns but you are not shooting and scooting fast you would need a truck. (like how slow is it? Can I out run it on foot?)
I could see the few guns / experiments that had these coming to the game though more useful in infantry as a push gun of sorts.
We have the 155 K 98 in the suggestions so this could be suggested it has also been exported so many skins are there.

Its top speed is ~16km/h so its ~1km/h faster than the Swedish 155 K 98 (~15km/h). Its not meant to be fast its meant to just get it away from the area it was firing from without having to hook it back up to a vehicle.
Its something unique that i hope gets added to the game as it will probably be a G6 Rhino gun at a lower br and its a bit silly.
Unless someone beats me to it, I might write up the suggestion when i have time (It would be my first time doing a suggestion)

people are not that motivated they are also nice so by stating you are going to make it means you got about a year to do it before the main suggestion writers forget. It will take time for the mods to approve anything so faster you write it the more likely they approve it before the holidays. (about 2.5 months for my recent event suggestion less work)
It would work in game be a bit of a low tier joke but some bushes and a good spot and you can cook with that thing. Just remember to explain how you would use it in game.
Also the speed is not bad its upper tier running speed so some troops can keep up with it. In Infantry mode as a siege cannon would be funny pushing up with everyone.

Thanks man. I cant guarantee anything but ill try my best to make time for it. Whats motivating me is i love seeing my county’s military vehicles being recognized.
It will probably end up being a meme “tank” like the Chi Ha Long Gun which i think is a good thing. The possiblities of shenanigans with this thing will be endless.

If T-54 m.1951 to T-55A is 8.0 to 8.3, then surely Leo 1 to Leo 1A1 is 8.0 to 8.3 as well… right?
(This BR is actually really compressed and would benefit with decompression as well as new vehicles to bridge gaps.)

Let’s not forget the Leo 1 was hilariously undertiered for the longest time. It rightfully went up to 8.0, though it shouldn’t go up any further.

It was undertiered but the BR is so horrible it’s insane annoy to play at 8.0 or god forbid a uptier. Germany is lacking stabilized tanks at that br like Russia have
